1.4 How to Place Your Order

Ordering on Thehutliquors.com is easy. Wine, beer, spirits and more can be purchased on our website to be picked up in store. We also ship accessories to all states, there’s no need to create an account first, if you prefer to check out as a guest. If you check out as a guest, you have the option to create an account after you’ve placed the order. Place the order yourself or contact us at (270)439-4907 and we’ll be happy to place the order for you. Our associates  are very knowledgeable about our products.

1.5 Finding items

There is a search box at the top of every page on our website. Enter the name of the product or category you’re looking for. You can filter the results by relevant topics to refine your search. The filters will allow you to sort by country, type, varietal, rating source, ratings and price. Click on any item to see the product detail page.

1.6 Proceed to checkout

While viewing your cart, you’ll have the option to complete the order by selecting "Check out." You will then be taken to the first page in our order form.

 

1.7 Provide a method of payment

We are happy to accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards that are linked to a U.S. billing address. We are unable to process international credit/debit cards or accounts linked to international addresses.

1.8 Review and submit your order

Confirm the information you provided is accurate and make any necessary adjustments. When everything is correct, click the "Place your order" button to submit your order. Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email.

1.9 Is it possible to change or cancel an order?

Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

1.10 Why can’t I find spirits on the site?

Product selection and availability are subject to current inventory.

1.11 Why was an item cancelled from my order?

We strive to keep our online inventory availability as accurate as possible, but sometimes an item will unexpectedly go out of stock. In these rare cases, the unavailable items will be removed from your order. You will receive an email notification when any items are removed from your order. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to hold orders until inventory comes available. If you have a question about a cancelled item or order, please contact the Store.

1.12 Promotions & Special Offers

Yes, case discounts are available for qualifying items purchased in-store or online. Discounts  are automatically applied at checkout to applicable items.

 

1.13 How do I know my order is ready?

For all pickup orders, The Hut Liquors  will send you an email indicating when your order is ready to be picked up.

Please wait for this email confirmation before coming to the store to ensure that your order is ready for you.

1.14 Where do I pick up my order?

For In-Store Pickup Orders: Simply stop at the Store and let them know you are there to pick up a web order. You must have a valid ID and we recommend bringing a copy of your order confirmation.

For Curbside Pickup Orders: Please use the Front of the Store parking spot  or use Drive-thru Window. 

1.15 What do I need to bring with me for in-store pickup?

When picking up your order, we ask that you present:

Government-issued photo ID.

Your order confirmation.

1.16 When can I pick up my order?

Pickup orders may be claimed during the store business hours.

1.17 How long will you hold my pickup order before restocking it?

Once we’ve notified you that your order is ready, if it’s Paid we’ll hold it in store for seven calendar days.If not we’ll hold only 24 Hours
